Statholdergaarden is our gourmet restaurant and since 1998 we have defended a star in the Michelin guide. The menu changes with the seasons and we take great pride in use the best Norwegian produce the market has to offer.

Modern bistro
Statholderens Food & Wine cellar is our informal restaurant, which lies below Statholdergaarden in the original, white, seventeenth century vaulted cellar. Our speciality is an exciting 10-course seasonal menu.

Lunch: Tuesday to Friday 11:30-15:00
Saturday 12:30-15:00
Dinner: Tuesday to Saturday 17:00-00:00
